INTRODUCTION
ICED 16 is referred to Inter College Debate 16 which is a programme organized by Majlis Tertinggi Mahasiswa of Sixteenth College with the cooperation of Division of Student Affairs and Alumni (HEPA) of UNIVERSITI PUTRA MALAYSIA (UPM). For this ICED 16, there is no fixed theme to widen the scope of the debating.
• To produce excellent student through communication skills and the application of the imaginative and innovative values in the argument that is balance in the emotion, spiritual and intellectual aspects.
• Students at UNIVERSITI PUTRA MALAYSIA (UPM) can feel the excitement of using English which can make them more competitive in their career life in future especially for the ICED 16 committee itself.
